What this app does

Posey is an AI photo editing app for changing the pose, background, and expression in your own photos.

What data we collect, and how

• Account: your email address from Sign in with Apple (or Apple's private relay address) and a user id. Collected when you sign in.
• User content: the photos you choose to upload and the images generated from them. Collected only when you pick a photo and start a generation — the app never reads your photo library on its own.
• Purchases: App Store purchase receipts. Your payment details never reach us; Apple processes them.
• Credit history: a record of credits earned and spent, also shown to you inside the app.

We use no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs, and we never sell your data.

How your photos are used, and who they are sent to

The photo you upload is sent to our AI processing providers — fal.ai and OpenAI (GPT Image, accessed through fal.ai) — for the single purpose of producing the image you asked for. Nothing else from your photo library is sent.

We ask for your explicit consent before the first generation. The in-app consent screen names what is sent (only the photo you pick), who it is sent to (fal.ai and the model provider) and how long it is kept. No photo leaves your device before you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings; after that no new photo is sent to the AI service.

Photos and results are stored in private storage (Cloudflare R2). Other users cannot access them, and they are never used to train AI models.

Third parties we share data with, and their protection

We share data only with the processors required to run the service: fal.ai and its model providers OpenAI and ByteDance (image generation), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), Supabase (account and generation database) and Apple (sign-in and payments). Sharing is limited to what the requested operation needs and is never for advertising or tracking.

We only use providers that are contractually bound, through their data processing terms, to protect your data to the same or an equal standard as described in this policy: to process it solely on our documented instructions, not to use it for their own purposes or for training models, to keep it confidential and secured, and to delete it on request.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded source photos are deleted automatically after 30 days by a daily clean-up job on our servers. Generated results stay in your gallery until you delete them. In the app, Settings → "Delete my account and data" permanently deletes your account, photos, generations and credit records (except purchase records we must keep by law).

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Hangi verileri, nasıl topluyoruz?

• Hesap: Apple ile Giriş üzerinden e-posta adresiniz (veya Apple'ın gizli aktarma adresi) ve bir kullanıcı kimliği. Giriş yaptığınızda toplanır.
• Kullanıcı içeriği: yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ve üretilen sonuç görselleri. Yalnızca siz bir fotoğraf seçip üretim başlattığınızda toplanır; uygulama kendi başına galerinizi okumaz.
• Satın alma: uygulama içi satın alma makbuzları. Ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz; Apple işler.
• Kredi hareketleri: kredilerinizin kazanım/harcama kaydı (uygulama içinde size de gösterilir).

Reklam ve üçüncü taraf takip SDK'sı kullanmıyoruz. Verileriniz satılmaz.

Fotoğraflarınız nasıl işlenir, kime gönderilir?

Yüklediğiniz fotoğraf, yalnızca sizin istediğiniz görseli üretmek için AI işleme sağlayıcımız fal.ai'ye ve seçtiğiniz aracın yönlendirildiği model sağlayıcılarına — OpenAI and ByteDance — iletilir. Galerinizden başka hiçbir şey gönderilmez.

İlk üretimden önce açık onayınız istenir. Uygulama içindeki onay ekranı neyin gönderildiğini (yalnız seçtiğiniz fotoğraf), kime gönderildiğini (fal.ai ve model sağlayıcısı) ve ne kadar saklandığını yazar. Siz kabul etmeden hiçbir fotoğraf cihazınızdan çıkmaz. Onayınızı Ayarlar'dan istediğiniz an geri çekebilirsiniz; geri çektiğinizde yeni fotoğraflar AI hizmetine gönderilmez.

Fotoğraflar ve sonuçlar size özel depolama alanında (Cloudflare R2) saklanır; başka kullanıcılar erişemez ve model eğitiminde asla kullanılmaz.

Paylaştığımız taraflar ve koruma düzeyleri

Yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için zorunlu işlemciler: fal.ai ve model sağlayıcıları OpenAI and ByteDance (görsel üretim), Cloudflare R2 (görsel depolama), Supabase (hesap ve üretim kayıtları veritabanı), Apple (giriş ve satın alma). Paylaşım ilgili işlemin gerektirdiğiyle sınırlıdır, reklam/takip amacı taşımaz.

Yalnızca, veri işleme koşullarıyla sözleşmesel olarak bağlı olan ve verinizi bu politikada tarif edilenle aynı ya da eşdeğer düzeyde korumayı taahhüt eden sağlayıcılarla çalışıyoruz: veriyi yalnız bizim yazılı talimatımızla işlemek, kendi amaçları veya model eğitimi için kullanmamak, gizli ve güvenli tutmak, talep üzerine silmek.

Saklama ve silme

Yüklediğiniz kaynak fotoğraflar 30 gün sonra otomatik silinir (sunucuda günlük çalışan temizlik görevi). Ürettiğiniz sonuç görselleri siz silene kadar galerinizde durur. Ayarlar → "Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil" ile hesabınız, fotoğraflarınız, üretimleriniz ve kredi kayıtlarınız kalıcı olarak silinir (yasal saklama yükümlülüğü olan satın alma kayıtları hariç).

Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir; bilerek çocuk verisi toplamayız.
